Trust Center
Honest feedback, kept safe.
AL360 runs on honest feedback, so we take real care of the people and the data behind it. Here’s how we handle security, privacy, and anonymity across every assessment.
Security You Can Count On
Data, Privacy, and Compliance
Data Security
All assessment data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized staff and fully logged.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your development data belongs to you. We never sell it, and we don’t share individual assessment results outside your organization without your permission.
Compliance
We’ve completed third-party penetration testing, with all findings remediated. We’re actively working toward SOC 2 Type II and GDPR alignment — reach out anytime and we’ll share where we currently stand.
Rater Anonymity
Honest feedback stays anonymous
To protect rater anonymity, we group feedback within each rater category, such as Peer, Faculty, Student, and Manager, before sharing it with the person being assessed. A category’s results are only released once at least two raters have responded, so no single rater’s input can ever be traced back to them.
Platform & Data Handling
How AL360 stays available, who we work with to run the platform, and where to find our governing policies.
Available when your teams need it
We maintain a 99% uptime target for the platform. We monitor system health continuously and notify affected users directly in the event of any service disruption.
Who else touches your data
We work with a small number of trusted third-party vendors to operate the platform. Each is contractually bound to appropriate data protection standards.
- AWS for Hosting / infrastructure
- SendGrid for Email delivery
- Google Analytics for Product analytics
Policies & agreements
These documents set out how we collect, use, and protect your data, along with the legal terms that govern your use of the platform. Review them below, or reach out if you need a signed copy for your records.
